Alithia means truth in Greek.
Jesus of Nazareth once said, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” It is a bold promise — and an invitation.
So what is truth?
Truth, once uncovered, clears the fog. It lets us see without distortion. It loosens what has kept us bound. People seek help when something in them feels dimmed, when they sense they are walking in the dark and need a light to guide the way forward.
Truth is not something I can give you. It is something you discover in your own time, in your own body. Yet I know this: every person carries an inner compass toward what is real, even when pain has blurred the lens or made it hard to trust what they see.
The Alithia Project exists as a lighthouse for artists and creatives navigating mental health challenges — illuminating what supports you and guiding you toward the haven you’ve been longing for.
